Mechanic dice loop crashing clients

So someone made a dice cage in mechanics that tossed 5+ dice' repeatedly forever. This caused my client to crash and a few others when we were in the vicinity, and it severely spammed the chat.

To reproduce

make 4 tile glass cage with bits that throw objects
throw 5+ dice in
activate it forever
cry as you probably crash
