The Rite Stuff for HoS

I've always enjoyed being around Rite. He is fun to have around and knows how to mess around without taking it too far and his love for segways is unmatched. I've played sec with him numerous times and he knows the do's and don'ts to a T. For example he knows how to use teamwork, Knows when to use lethal force and does not kill traitors unless they prove to be a serious threat to the station. So YES give him The beret it's been along time coming.
