I didn't notice it until you mentioned it, but I haven't seen Red or Strelock in a while. They'll be back though, eventually.
Xiphos definitely deserves to be an HoS, whenever I'm on security with him I know it's going to be a good round; I can't think of anyone better to be a new HoS. Seriously though, I've seen him around since I started playing and have had nothing but good experiences with him. Definitely a YES.
