Let the AI use vox whenever it wants

I think job bans are the best way to deal with an AI that abuses vox.

Aye, bad AIs already get jobbanned for doing dumb stuff and not following their laws anyway.

With all of these ways to keep the spam to a minimum, I'd say we'd have nothing to -really- lose by giving the Vox back to the AI.

Just put it under trial for a couple of weeks to see how it goes.

I mean, the return of the clown was a similar experiment that went just fine.
