No it's something you cannot see. Someone cannot be made this unique.
One player out of all at round start will be designated unique.
I located the unique on LLJK1 but was unable to figure out what made the person unique. It was confirmed that this person was the unique (That and it was the only other person on when I spawned). Once again it was confirmed to be the unique. It's not pathology and it's not a genetic mutation. I tried Medtrak and every type of scanner I could think of.
The only thing I was unable to do was take a DNA reading (The Genetics scan reading) as I did not have the cart. It could possibly be surgical I do not know.
It's there but you haven't seen it yet.
