Oh god if this was an uncommon game mode it would be amazingly fun.

It's a one-off thing, but sort of a test of some ideas I've had for a HARD MODE version of Nuke I guess. Interesting things happen when the bad dudes have to work together with limited supplies.

Didn't the nanotrasen announcement make them lawful neutral at worst?
