Well they don't seem like ascii numbers. (E.g 78 would be capital N)

Coordinates or some kind of cryptographic puzzle.

i'm trying something as i type this which is basically each number is a letter, but letter 8(normally H) goes to letter 2. so the number 2 = h instead. that makes the numbers be MNJNO

i'm also trying letter 2 = 8 (8=b) which makes the letters abxbc. maybe ABxBC?

i dont think this means anything at all but i did all this work so here y'all go anyway. maybe it DOES! who knows! y'all are better at this than me. i thought it was a clever idea
