The item: It's a Bible with a smaller sprite, probably about the size of a PDA cartridge. No held-in-hand sprite. The uses are obvious.
If you want to make it more devious, prevent it from showing up during right click examination of the floor. Or give it stealth-storage camouflage properties.
It probably overlaps with the trick revolver too much but the idea made me laugh.
