Add Teeth to player characters

This is going to get weird and tortury with people taking peoples teeth out with pliers or some taboo shit. No thank you.

It really isn't, but we don't need to go into it. It's already been discussed in the thread and elsewhere.

Anyway, I'd be for not having teeth be able to be removed by any means other than blunt trauma to the face, with maybe an exception for if people were buckled into the barber chair and special tools were used. Tooth removal should be a solution to getting a toothache from eating too much sugar.
