About the kiosks idea,
This would be really really great thing for QM's (and less the HoP) if QM's were in charge of stockpiling these kiosks, it would give QM's something to do.
So like when QM's swipe their ID card off it, it means that they insert items (or stuff it in if it was coded like crate) then swipe it to lock it.
