We've added many new bones and organs recently to the medical system. Why not teeth. This would allow them to be punched out during boxing and other aggressive spaceman activities, this would make it significantly more difficult to eat solid foods and make the *consume command give out funny messages and not work. As for physical apperance, this would show them as missing teeth upon close inspection (actually using the look command or whatever)
In addition, this would pave way to replacement teeth, you could have gold teeth, mauxite teeth, plasmastone teeth, you name it, and it would be glorious. This definitely does NOT stem from any wish to have an economy based on the usage of teef for payment for improvements. And certainly does not have any idea of a new and creative form of suicide bombing involving erebite teeth and/or cigarettes.
