[genetics] Monkey starts with a bunch of mutations.

There is a bug where a monkey will have mutations from the last round (maybe?), or it has a bunch of mutations already including gene b and c. It's not supposed to happen so early in the round. I don't mean potential mutations, but full mutations. I have a screenshot if needed.

It's caused by mutation booster x, it activates all mutations, it's lovely, great time saver, not a bug! sometimes dangerous though, be careful with the irradiated monkeys!
