Allow breathmasks to be fitted into other masks

Wait, I have an idea. What if there was an achievement skin that turns breath masks, gasmasks, and voice changers into clown/horse masks?

Horse mask already works as internals.

It's the clown mask, balaclava, George Melons mask, skull mask, and face mustache that don't function as internals.
