Charcoal kind of exists as a magical anti-toxin that's good against everything right now, but I kinda want it stay that way because unlike in popular media, there isn't an antitoxin to everything, and some of the stuff is either extremely specific to certain poisons and/or is a poison itself.
My pet peeve about the medical system is adrenaline is a universal cardio drug. That's wrong and stupid, and where is my adrenaline.
