Doors need right-click options

Doors should have right-click verbs : 'Open', 'Close', and maybe 'Toggle Bolts' for cyborgs. I think this would be good because when a door's panel is open(not hacked), you still can't open the door without holding a non-tool related item in your hand and then clicking it. This is silly.
