Have a chance for people on segways to fall off if shot at, but have the segway keep going causing more havoc and chaos.

Shooting someone mounted on a segway with an energy bolt will make them dismount already, but pretty sure they're unaffected otherwise.

As for the segway continuing on without them, absolutely an amazing idea
