Why not a busboy?
You only get one chef, but he can't cook meals and give them out to the station at the same time. Have a sub-chef character with access to the kitchen and bar. Main purpose would to be the bartender/chef's bitch by serving food and drinks or going around the station with that food-cart handing out sandwiches.
