Cyborg upgrades on the HUD

You should be able to right-click these and be presented with all of the items you can put in the slots. The panel is kind of silly, but super important. When playing as cyborg, I usually just leave it open in the corner of the window or something. I'd rather not have to fiddle with it constantly.
