I don't know if clown has any but here are some suggestions.
Get the crew involved in a prank war.
Make the AI laugh
Convince captain or another head to give you an important position while still performing your clown duties
Convince botany to grow bananas the entire round.
Find somebody to play tag with.
Play hide and seek with security. (this one is probably the worst idea)
"borrow" the HOS's/captain's hat.
Convince telescience to give you a pet.
Create a comedy club
Hopefully things that aren't too griefy but at the same time amusing for a clown to do.
