The main reason why space glue shouldn't stick you to the floor is the same reason why bucklecuffing was weakened, (if not outright removed?)

What on EARTH would merit a reagent that does just that with just a balloon toss or a beaker spill?

Only the syndicate version would, NT wouldn't send Glue powerful enough to stick human feet to the floor like it was candy.
