RCD exploit

This is an old one and might have been fixed, but you can RCD through the walls in the void area to get to other tel-sci areas. You need a construction borg wtih an artifact battery to do it though.

Fixed as far as I know, I've tried RCDing through walls like that and broken doors, it just hits them...
