Contagious yawning

Make it so that *yawn has a good chance to trigger all people nearby to reflexively *yawn after a short delay. Secondary *yawns should probably not be as contagious unless we want the damn things to multiply like colds.

Why? No great reason, but potentially useful/funny to mimic/mask the effects of ketamine/other sedative sleepy pens.
