I understand that that's what you MEANT, but what I'm saying is that it doesn't fit the theme of most mutations to let it just be a thing you can turn on and off. If you want to be a tiny person you have to suck it up and deal with being stuck that way unless you can carry around a mutadone pill to chew on.
