Glue! Glue people to walls until the reagent decays. Glue items to people's hands, so when dumb pubbie tries to pick up your gear, he finds he can't drop it until he uses some solvent on it. Glue mousetrap bombs to floors so they can't be picked up. GLUE!

Could it be applied to floors and if so what would it do?

Also, the sprite could be the one for tubes of ointment, those things nobody ever uses ever.
