Microbombs cause suicide vests to fail

Pretty simple - if you are wearing a suicide bomb vest and have microbombs in your system, the microbombs trigger first and gib you, causing the suicide vest to not trigger.

wouldn't blowing up a suicide bomb vest cause it to explode, defeating the purpose of it not blowing up from damage?
