Stupid idea?

What if we made a surplus crate item that gave you Cluwne Serum? Cluwne serum would slowly cluwne your victim starting with their voice and then progressively start adding the infamous cluwne items to the victim. Have it show some text warning your victim so that maybe they could reverse it with anti toxin

Everything thing is suddenly hilarious

You feel reeeeeal funny

Only if it turns them into a half-cluwne, where it only partially messes with their words. Save full cluwneing for wizards and admins

Make it really rare too, and reversible with a reasonable/considerable amount of medicine.
