By giving everyone an avatar...doesn't that make not having an avatar more noticable? Just give him the blanest least important avatar you can think of that people would never notice or think about

If he's the only guy without an avatar then all the dudes with big ol' attention grabbing avatars will outshine him and he'll be less noticeable.
