Borgs can load materials into reclaimers.

Savy construction borgs used to do this all the time back on Mushroom and early Cogblap to help out robotics, when you could just feed metal/wire/glass straight into the fabricator.

Well what is happening here is the borg can throw in its 1500 combined set of metal plates, pipes, and floor tiles. Whereupon the reclaimer can do nothing but spit out steel for 15 minutes while all the machines are out of pharosium.
