Zombie dust should be a one use item only, but in exchange it works like a way cooler mindslave.
As long as chaplain has the zombie heart )ripped out of the poor victim and coated in zombie dust), the zombie is slave to the chaplain. In effect the zombie has to act exactly like borg or AI would usually act, following whatever stupid order traitor chaplain can come up with.
If someone else has the heart, then same rule applies. Note that holding a zombie heart may get you murdered or assaulted as everyone wants to command the zombie (who is undead) to fart on the bible.
If the heart gets destroyed the zombie dies.
