doubleclick hand tele portals to go through them

like the name says, if you're standing on top of a portal/next to it you should be able to double click it to go through

mainly this is for when telescience/teleporter accidents send you to the middle of a wall/asteroid

If you want to kill people, just send them to empty space? There's no reason to send them inside a wall since they'll just either suicide or yell until someone comes help them
