Hi I'm drsingh, I agreed that you should be allowed to post a complaint, not that I agree with your opinions. Hiding your threads and banning you was an error in judgement that was handled quickly. I don't really blame them for not taking this complaint seriously after the way you were talking to them but that's not how we do things around here.

I am looking through my logs and see

"drsingh: the complaint is 100% right"

so I don't know what you mean by 'I agreed that you should be allowed to post a complaint, not that I agree with your opinions." You pretty clearly did agree with them.
