Add the invisibility thing, and make lizard a genetics superpower that will cause super cold enviroments to make you fall asleep (e.g hibernation), even kill you if you end up in space without a spacesuit, but gives you invisibility to thermals because cold blooded.
It will balance it out because it means freezing a lizard person renders them useless as traitor.
