If you have the drug in you, you can't do things like *flip, *wave, *dance, etc. Doesn't make a lot of sense.

It paralyzes you, so it kinda does make sense...what doesn't really is the ability for you to continue moving around and picking things up.

But yeah,it's so you can't custom emote your way out of things.
