Bioelectricity: You can now convert stamina into electricity until you run out of stamina. Charge APCs, Blow up lights, or shock dudes. After stamina runs out a cooldown period begins.

Reverse-Bioelectricity (Electro-Leach, whichever name sounds cooler): You can now convert electricity into stamina, have fun shocking yourself on doors for an energy boost.

Combine the two into SMES Human, and make SMES human much rarer.

You can discharge the energy you absorb through SMES human, and you are healed by absorbing shocks using your power.
