Traitor Item for Barman: Hollow Bullets (Literally hollow)

1-2 telecrystals (Box of them maybe? Maybe more if it is a box??!?)

These special bullets allow the user to load them with whatever chemicals/concoctions they can imagine. Anyone shot with these are then injected with said chemical/concoction.
