A zip gun with stunner rounds isn't too bad of a self defense weapon. I made one once when I was janitor after some jackanape beat me to steal my galoshes. Hunted the guy down, shot him, roughed him up a little, took my shoes back, then tossed him a medkit and told him to clean himself up. Afterwards we had a good laugh about it.
