The best way to deal with farters is fart on them back, eventually they have to quit, or flash and swirlie as many times as you can swirlie them in the toilets.

You know what really works sometimes? Ignoring them. If they are just running around acting like an idiot, ignore them. They will get bored and leave. And yes, if they fart on you, fart on them, an 9 times out of 10 they will leave at that point because they arnt gonna get the reaction they want from you, which is to beat as murder them.
