As an emagged or aubverted mediborg who doesn't have to follow law 1 but doesn't have any particular murder objective, rather than the usual hellpatch murder rampage, try filling up the patch with annoyer chems and just be obnoxious. A sedative alone is enough to cause a mild panic, griefer chems can really tick people off, addictions can be annoying as hell, and you can do stuff like dose people with flammables/explosives in hopes that they run into a heat source later. On top of that, some chems display different names in a patch, and everyone's so used to mediborgs being either safe or hellpatchy that no one will even suspect you if your patches don't have an obviously-dangerous name and don't cause immediate catastrophic damage.
