Yes, but what if i Don't have access to that kind of equipment? What do you propose i do then?

Flashes are distributed around the station if you know where to look. Though if you REALLY have to you can just stuff the guy in a disposal chute, when they inevitably try to get out, use that stun time to chuck them out the door. Really though, anything not too damaging but can still stun is useful for dealing with them.
Examples:
Flashes
Disposal chutes
Pushing them over
Etc.
