Organic Chemistry! Yay!

Hi guys, I haven't played for like half a year but I rejoined and dicked with some chemistry, I really like it. However, I would like more organic chemistry. (Pour benzene into coffee to make it decaf!) and utilizing organic chemistry as a new foray into other things (Make Buckminsterfullerine and create carbon nanotubes which Engineering needs). Stuff like that would be really cool and neat. I feel that organic chemistry doesn't get it's love it needs.
