Gang mode suggestion

Gangs should have their own accents. Swedish, chavvish, maybe some new ones. There should also be some obscure way to initiate cyborgs into a gang. Maybe a really hard to make borg module that hacks the borg's laws and gives it a spray can, knife, and boxing gloves.
