The trick is almost entirely based on luck because getting there is situational (and you have to know how to do a thing that isn't obvious), and if I was going to abuse it, I'd steal one of the teleporter radios, melt a wall into the teleporter room, and throw a pizza party via teleporter.

I don't actually know if the radio would work on the centcom zlevel though.
