On second thought, after reading the wiki page, the security page is a bloated mess of words words words. It's over-complication, and generally poor presentation
Alot of the "priority" arrest procedures is out-dated and often strict, some of the advice is pretty damn ambiguous, some of the stuff needs to be updated. It could do with some visuals on enemys and how to deal with them instead of the "arrest procedures"
As I said previously, I'll post a mock-up here before actually dealing with the page.
