I'm counting six trigger-pulls there. The bullet is in one chamber of a six-chambered revolver, so if the probability changed each time you pulled the trigger you could potentially just keep pulling the trigger 100 times with no boom.

The probability DOES change each time you pull the trigger
First pull: 1:6
Second pull: 1:5
Third Pull: 1:4
Fourth pull: 1:3
Fifth pull: 1:2
Sixth pull: 1:1
