The menu would be just like a chem dispenser. To experiment with reagents that are not available from the chem dispenser you would have to scan the reagent to add it to the list (so people using the PDA to try to figure out some dangerous chem might have to scan weedkiller or something.

B-but you can make weedkiller, just not bourbon.

Thats why you have to worry about blowing up the PDA
