Stating laws 1-3 currently states the default laws 1-3, rather than the actual laws 1, 2 and 3. Since ion storms can now overwrite the defaults, this should probably be changed.

You mean that it states them like:

• 1. Don't hurt humans
  
• 2. AUGH ION STORM OH NO!
  
• 3. Don't hurt yourself

Right?
