MACHO ASCENSION
An 6-10 telecrystal item, the item is an implant (or a bandana, whatever) that when activated (activate by saying oh yeah? Snap into a slim jim? Something about Miss Elizabeth?), replaces the player's outfit with Randy Savage garments and transforms the traitor into Macho Man. The player's name gets "Macho Man" added to it (so it'd look like Macho Man Player Name). They would get all of the Macho abilities, with reduced stun and essentially be a murdering machine.
The catch? The transformation only lasts for 2-4 minutes, after which you retain the Macho Man name and lose your clothes and powers, leaving you a weakling in his underwear. Could be good for getting out of a pinch, and I'd love to see a team of Macho Syndicates as well.
