I've seen this guy, and I've really never seen him do anything dumb or bad, so I'll say yes.

why do people say this? The whole point of these applications is to find the positive in someone not the fact that he's not shitty.

Anyways, definitely yes from me. Redbeard is definitely qualified. It's also a bonus that I actually vaguely recall a Jestabal Moon from a long time ago as being hilariously bad (in an awesome way).
