I haven't seen any drinks that are on fire.
For a station that loves to blow things up and set things on fire this is a travesty.
Something like rum could be used to make flaming drinks.
Note that I have no idea how a mechanic for putting the drink out could work, unless barman has a fire extinguisher handy before the drink explodes.
That could probably take some kind of skill, set the drink on fire, show it off, then put it out before it explodes in your face.
