I believe I saw you over a period of a week a while back. Now, I may be wrong here, this was a long time ago, but I only remember you as an awful Sec officer. Otherwise, I have no knowledge of you at ALL, as in, I've never HEARD of you, or anything ABOUT you.

Can you give an example of what they did wrong so they know what to improve on?
